Daniël Deleus
Daniël has spent more than two decades in management roles before founding Signum 20 years ago. His focus areas were process optimization, performance improvement, people development and end-to-end P&L responsibility, among others.
During this time, he witnessed first hand how the best of strategies and processes don’t stand a chance at succeeding if the human element is not factored into the equation. He realized that, while theoretical approaches to leadership are important, they become worthless when implemented without a consideration that people simply don’t always behave “logically”.
Acknowledging the critical importance of effective leadership, Daniël set out to do things differently, focusing on ownership at all levels and feasible, realistic solutions that could inspire leaders to drive tangible change in their environments.
Through Signum, Daniël brings his wealth of knowledge in organizational design and strategy to the table. As an owner-advisor, assessor, facilitator, mentor and trainer, he specializes in helping leaders bring the organization and its people together — with unwavering dedication, immense drive, and always a good dash of humor.
