Key-role Assessments

What if there was a way to understand, predict and positively influence the behavior of the person you’re about to hire or promote?

Simply put: The goal of a key-role assessment is to make sure that the right person ends up in the right position. But experience has taught us that evaluating someone’s credentials and having a fairly good idea of how they behave, has little to do with the long-term success of the hire or promotion.

That’s because people aren’t linear, or even particularly rational. They react in unexpected ways and have all kinds of motivators that prevent them from showing up the way you expect them to.

For us, an assessment is not just about knowing what the candidate is capable of now, but predicting how they will fit into your culture, in the team, in the specific role. That’s why we don’t just want to get to know the candidate, but we want to get to know you first: what makes you and your company unique, what are the success factors, the company culture (the real one on the floor), so we know exactly what you need.

That’s why our key-role assessments go (way) further than a yes/no answer. Beyond assessing the fit of the candidate with the job profile, we provide what’s needed to integrate them in a new role, or develop them to a next level.

ASSESSMENT PROCESS

Intake conversation with the manager and/or HR to identify the profile of the role (incl. company culture, potential challenges, motivating factors , etc.)

Creating of a CIM profile (Competences, Interaction factors, Motivational aspects)

Candidate is provided with a personality questionnaire and a selection of intellectual questionnaires, relevant for the role

In-depth interview with generic feedback to the candidate

Meeting to report findings and conclusions back to manager and/or HR

Delivery of written report
